It was clean and homey feeling. Every person I came into contact with that worked at the facility was very nice and professional. They were happy to help. Nothing. The only thing I would say is the breakfast was good; however, I do not think limiting the meats to 2 pieces per person was good. There really wasn’t another protein except the eggs. It was good

The place was clean enough, but the staff was severely understaffed—one person had to cook, clean, serve, and act as cashier all at once. The food didn’t justify the price, with tiny portions, and the bathrooms were moldy in the corners; a splash of Clorox would have fixed that. Parking was an extra charge, which felt outrageous. I was assigned a connecting room, and the neighbor kept trying to open my door. I called the front desk, and the problem stopped for a night, but the next evening it got worse and I had to bring it up again; the staff seemed sluggish in handling it. Later I reached out to customer service, but instead of a compensation for the safety concern, they didn’t respond at all. I felt unsafe after the incident and thought they treated it too lightly.
