This stylish hotel is set in a large park, just 700 metres from Campos do Jordão’s popular Capivari district. It features a bar, garden and free WiFi. Some rooms offers a mountain views. The heated rooms at Alma Hotel have a bathroom and a seating area. Amenities include an LCD TV, telephone, safe, minibar and coffee machine. Some units also provide a balcony, LED TV and mini cellar. Room service is available 24 hours a day and a daily breakfast is also offered.

We had a very enjoyable stay! We were greeted with a lovely surprise: champagne, fruit, and cheese to celebrate our anniversary, a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. The whole team is extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist us politely. The room is comfortable and welcoming, though a few minor repairs are needed, like a broken box shelf and a loose toilet lid. The breakfast deserves praise for its variety, ingredient quality, and careful preparation of each item. Everything was executed well and served with attention to detail. Overall, we had a great experience marked by the staff’s hospitality and guest care. With a few maintenance tweaks in the room, the stay would be even better! The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room.

The reception was amazing; they went out of their way to welcome us and fix a reservation issue, even brought breakfast early, which was tasty and varied. The shower was fantastic, the sheets were excellent, and the view from the hotel was beautiful—everything was perfect! The only downside was that check‑in started at 16:00, which felt late and made me wander around the city.

The house itself feels like home. There are only 10 rooms. The breakfast was a marvelous a la carte selection, all fresh. The service was exceptional and very attentive. They gave us a personalized welcome note with a sweet treat. Everything was perfect.
