“Splendeur Art Déco et Parc enchanteur”

The hotel was amazing with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and private access to the hot baths from 4 pm. The outdoor snack service was flawless and the Art Deco common areas were beautiful. It was pricey, but worth it. A few minor issues with service: the AC was set to 16 °C when we arrived, making the room freezing and I stayed cold until the next day. Also the TV and remote had constant glitches, taking a whole day to fix.

This hotel is a dream, not just a hotel but a place that gives you a life‑changing experience. Next to the hotel is a huge park where you can wander the paths for hours. The park has three pools with hot water, two of which are defined as jacuzzis, and a massive pool with brown water that flows from a faucet in the ground. Inside the hotel there is also a pool and a spa. Treat yourself for more than one night—it’s worth it. The front desk staff are wonderful, always smiling and eager to help.

“The Best Place to Stay in Furnas”

I absolutely loved having such a beautiful park within the hotel grounds. The facilities were excellent and everything worked very well. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the restaurant was excellent. I also really appreciated the elegant atmosphere: everyone was very well dressed, even when going to the library. This attention to elegance and style is something I personally value very much. The only slight disappointment was the room location. Since I had specifically requested a better room, I would have appreciated being given one with a view over the beautiful park
