Qbic City Hotel

We skipped meals because we preferred walking outside. The room we received had a broken mirror and a balcony with shattered glass. I raised the issue at reception, but they declined a room change due to no availability. After messaging here, a new room was assigned the following day. I should not have been given such a room initially!

“Good hotel”

The location is close to the city center, the beach, and attractions. The staff were friendly, especially Ms. Khareen who was very helpful. Breakfast offered good options. Rooms were clean and standard. All in all, a solid experience.

“Good location and breakfast, but a very noisy room”

The hotel sits right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and main sights. The room was comfortable and tidy, and breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by noise in room 404, which sits on the top floor next to the lift. Throughout the night we heard a constant mechanical clatter that could have been from the lift, a generator, or other equipment, loud enough to disturb our sleep. To add to the disturbance, construction on the nearby street began around 7 a.m., making it impossible to catch up on rest. While the central location and breakfast were positives, the lack of a good night’s sleep was a major downside.
