The hotel feels very intimate, with a beach right in front of it. Our room had an outdoor area that opened directly onto the beach and a pool, making it perfect for couples. I didn’t like that there was no buffet option at breakfast, although the a la carte breakfast was very good.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and communication was flawless. Questions were answered almost instantly via WhatsApp. I wasn’t pleased with the hotel’s location; there are better options available.

The property is phenomenal, very clean, and the staff are friendly. I loved the private pool that came with the room and the comfortable patio chairs. The beach and ocean views were perfect, and the food at both Ziggy's and Frescos was spectacular—everything was great. We felt the beach and property were ours alone. The only thing beyond the hotel’s control was that it was seaweed season; the beach was covered in it and the water looked brown, so we didn’t go in.

The property’s location was ideal for what we wanted to do, being right on the beach with a view of the water and waves from our balcony or rooftop deck, which was fabulous. The staff were kind and attentive, and we had a private tequila tasting with Ivan, who was knowledgeable and fun. We highly recommend that activity while staying there. There was nothing we didn’t like.
