I was really pleased with the courteous and helpful staff, and the breakfast buffet was excellent—everything was spot on! The only minor issue was a window curtain hanging unevenly and a small AC light that bothered me a bit at night, but I don’t count that as a major drawback since it wasn’t your fault.

Modern facilities, tastefully decorated room, good bedding, pleasant linens and towels, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. The location is quiet, easy to access, easy to find, free parking, and convenient. Everything was perfect.

The hotel’s setting is genuinely pleasant, with a very nice, tidy, modern décor. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, and the place was spotless; the staff were welcoming, pleasant, and friendly. However, the breakfast felt a little overpriced for what it offered: few pastries, no eggs, no spreads, and only two tea flavours. For the price, I expected more variety. The bedding was also disappointing—the mattress was far too firm for my taste, and the “big bed” was actually two twin beds pushed together with a height difference, which made it uncomfortable and caused back pain all night. When you book a room with a big bed, you expect to use the full width, not a cramped half. Another letdown was the missing iron that the room description claimed was available; I needed it to press my shirt before a meeting. The promised soundproofing was also lacking—I could hear a chair being moved in the neighbouring room. It’s a shame because the hotel has real strengths, but these details really hurt my comfort.
