Breakfast was good, the location was convenient, and the pool was nice. The pool felt a bit dark at night. The price is too high for a single person; I will look for another option on my next trip.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the breakfast was good, the pool and sauna were excellent, and the front‑desk staff were very friendly. There was plenty of parking, a minibar, and a cable TV, though I couldn’t figure out how to use it. I turned off the heating because it was too hot for my taste. Overall, it was very good, quiet, and accessible, with no noise from other rooms except a slight hiss in the bathroom. The gym had only two machines. It would be great to have a cold air conditioner for those who don’t like the heat, and the gym could improve by adding a bench and a set of dumbbells, which would fit nicely in the space.

I booked a single night for $100.000, but the system failed to register my 12‑year‑old daughter’s age. The receptionist ignored the original rate and unilaterally raised the charge to $149.000, leaving me very disappointed and shocked by the poor experience at Diego de Almagro de Castro.
