“Very disappointed with service, facilities and being charged for early check in when room was ready”

Don't have really anything positive. Breakfast was just ok. Hated that you charge if your room is ready and it was 215 pm, so 45 mi s before 3 pm check in. Never has someone charged for early check in. Plus, pool was out of order and no hot water for a good 8 hours. And staff was rude. Made me feel that I was bothering them when checking in and reported we had no hot water but my son was also there and they had no hot water either. So entire building issue

The rooms were fresh and clean, but the nearby food options were limited. The property used to have an onsite bar/grill, but it has been closed for years.

“Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend”

Breakfast was fine, yet the pool was shut down—which was why we chose this hotel—so we paid $190 for a night and never got to use it; Tomah Hotel was only $120 and had an open pool, and we received no compensation for the inconvenience.
