Everything was absolutely fantastic.
Mr. Mohammed Khafaji at reception was courteous and a respectable person—thanks to him. Everything was good; nothing to add.
I always enjoy staying at this hotel; Mohammed Khafaji greets everyone with a warm welcome.
Extremely bad, and it was not clean.
It’s one of the best hotels in Al Jefir for overall cleanliness, comfort, quick check‑in/out, and reception—especially the reception manager Mohammed Khafaji.
