The breakfast is good, the owners are friendly, and the views are nice. The lock had issues, the bathroom was quite shabby, it was very cheap overall, and the guest house lacks the “elma” (??).

The location is good, the price is reasonable, and it’s very clean. I chose this place because of the promised breakfast and the described hospitality of the owners, but I didn’t experience either. I couldn’t get breakfast on site, and when I asked for an alternative, they suggested a nearby inn where I also couldn’t have breakfast. Overall it’s very noisy. If you want a proper shower, I’d recommend another guesthouse.

The spot is great, the host is very pleasant, and the evening meal is available and good. The restaurant/lounge feels a bit cold, but Ushguli itself is very cold overall—over 2000 m altitude. They said the kitchen was shared, but that didn’t really work out because the host’s main kitchen was the only one in use. That’s fine, though, because the restaurant meals are solid.

The owners are friendly, the dinner and breakfast are tasty. The bathroom is extremely small, and instead of the two double rooms I booked on Booking, only one triple room was available.
