“Bei schönem Wetter bestimmt ein schöner Ort”
On a sunny day, it’s definitely a great spot. The room was large, as was the whole building, and there was plenty of space to hang out. It’s not suitable for bad weather. Of course, no one can control heavy rain causing power outages. The real question is how to handle it and possibly prepare for it. I felt the place lacked the necessary hospitality and initiative to find solutions. No power meant no light, no water, no Wi‑Fi, and there’s essentially no infrastructure in the area. After a long journey, we had to wait over an hour to check into our room, even though the time was announced and it wasn’t outside the check‑in hours.
The place is gorgeous, a house in a village at the end of a sandy path, birds singing, calm and ocean view. Two riads sit side by side; we were in the Sahara and the pool is by the ocean. When we arrived everything felt a bit blurry, little communication on site. The staff didn’t interact much, didn’t create contact… there was distance. The meal had to be ordered the day before but no menu or prices were given. At departure we asked to settle our bill… the most expensive meal of our trip, more than double what we usually paid, even though it wasn’t different from other places we stayed at.
“Bien situé, mais ...”
The location facing the sea, the house and traditional room, welcome tea, breakfast, very quiet spot. It’s a shame there was no toilet paper, no trash bin, no Wi‑Fi, contrary to what was advertised. The two bedside lamps didn’t work.
“Dobry nocleg , super cena 💕”
Everything was fine 👍
“Na ja muss echt nicht sein.”
The reception and breakfast at the large table near the kitchen were good, pancakes at breakfast. The value for money didn’t match; the room/apartment was uncharming, the shower didn’t work. In the end we slept well but we won’t come back.
