The cottage is cheerful, clean, and nicely decorated, and we were greeted warmly upon arrival. The surrounding nature is beautiful with several waterfalls, and the coast is an hour’s drive away. Dogs are allowed, which we knew, but it was annoying that the neighboring guests’ dogs would bother you because there’s no fence, so the garden isn’t private. The scented sticks spread throughout the house are meant to be nice but are too many, and I was told they’re there because I smoke, which is nonsense and works the other way around. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
