I wasn’t informed about the change of ownership, so I had to scramble to find another place at the last minute. I wasn’t told that my room was already occupied, so my booking was cancelled even though I was arriving in Seoul and had already paid.

I couldn’t say much because I never received the access code or room number. I would have liked a reply to the multiple messages I sent, even on WhatsApp.

The value for money was very good and the location was perfect. The room was tiny, with a very small window looking out onto the wall opposite. There were often bad odors at night from the plumbing, and the light in the room was very intense; there was no bedside lamp.

Nothing! I took a taxi to the address they gave me, only to find out it was the wrong location. I already disliked the Seoul station area, but when I got there I had to get out of the taxi and walk up a narrow, seedy road that felt off. I met a guy in the building’s stairwell, and his face and words told me everything – it was the first time I’d felt unsafe or worried in Seoul/Korea, so I had to leave. I sat at Seoul station trying to find an alternative and also tried to contact the manager to explain what happened, but I still haven’t received a refund after more than a month.

無. 到現場才說我被取消訂單，說什麼六月後就換老闆，以前的JM Stay的訂單都不算數⋯我完全沒收到通知，booking上也顯示已確認🙂我不知道到底是哪邊出狀況，但我超級臨時沒地方住！附近也沒有住宿地！拖著大行李真的超級生氣的！非常失望！也是第一次遇到這種事情！
