“Un voyage à travers le temps”
The old timber‑framed building reminded me of colonial homes, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. The water network was noisy, and the exterior maintenance left something to be desired.
“mieux que certains hotels”
They offered fresh croissants and chocolate buns each morning, and the owner would fetch them from the bakery herself. Nothing else was lacking.
“Hôte accueillante, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre propre, calme et spacieuse. C etait reposant. Je recommande vraiment.”
The welcome, setting, house, and breakfast were all wonderful 😊
The owner welcomed us warmly, the place was quiet and close to the Zoo de Beauval, which was exactly what we wanted. The traditional breakfast was generous and fresh. The bathroom equipment was outdated.
The breakfast was adequate. There was no bell at the reception—just a 10 mm gap! The outside was unclean, with spider webs on the windows and gray glass. The toilet seat didn't stay open, and the décor felt like another era.
