I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The stay was disappointing; the electricity was out for 4–5 hours, and the receptionist gave no clear update on when it would return. The receptionist behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Because of the power outage, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, causing a lot of inconvenience. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel and I will give it zero rating.

“Horrible experience”

No breakfast was offered, and the location is in Golmuri market, which isn’t hard to reach. Everything needs improvement: there’s no lift on the ground floor, the lift starts from the 1st floor, windows lack glass, the AC isn’t working, there’s no TV, the area outside the room is very dirty, the washroom isn’t clean, there’s no food service, staff denied providing a hotel bill, bedsheets weren’t changed, and the staff weren’t friendly. I paid more than what was shown on the bill.

“Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone”

I was happy that the hotel was close to the city center, but the AC and water were not available.
