“Excelente”
The location is excellent. The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good beds and clean bathrooms. I have no complaints.

I arrived at the hotel and the staff took a while to open the door for me. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, but it didn't have a mini‑bar fridge. The breakfast could have been better.

Considering it’s a 4‑star boutique hotel, the facilities feel inadequate: bathroom doors are broken, lighting is poor, furniture is vague, there’s no elevator, breakfast is sparse and mediocre, it’s far from any attraction, and worst of all, there is no hot water—how can a four‑star hotel lack hot water? The price doesn’t match what’s offered.
The service was outstanding and everyone was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, close enough to walk to a conference I was attending. The area is safe and pretty.
