It felt old, dirty, and neglected. The rooms were dirty and the price was too high.

“Good value room in grand old hotel.”

The room was huge, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was great. The buffet breakfast was very good. The large windows offered a city view, but there was only one small window opening. The hotel, once grand, now has very old carpet and paintwork. The motorbike rental service was terrible; we received two bikes that were unsafe and of poor quality, and the staff offered no help. I found a better motorbike rental shop online.

“An interesting huge hotel. Helpful staff.”

The hotel is built on a massive scale, almost like a small airport. The bedrooms and public rooms are huge, making it a good spot for large conferences. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful and charming. However, the lobby and public areas feel too large to be human‑sized. There was no restaurant except for breakfast, so I had to walk a long distance or take a taxi to find a place to eat.
