The place was close to what I needed. I couldn’t get into the hotel because an email wasn’t delivered; the staff were absent, only reachable via a phone line that was hard to get through. The room had no heating, the quilt was very thin, so sleep was difficult, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

Booking and paying for the apartment was a nightmare. Nobody was there to help us—only an AI agent, which was useless.
