The distance from the Czech Republic was short, the breakfast was very generous, there were plenty of activities, the warm pool had a bar, the orientation was clear, the hotel had a coat rack, and the staff were friendly; the parking cost 5 EUR per night, there was a wait for dinner based on the menu, and drinks at dinner were charged including water.

The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! The beds were very comfortable. However, the vegetarian menu felt rather unimaginative and monotonous. Most service staff seemed to do their jobs mechanically, so you had to keep reminding them that you could reorder drinks, a problem we had noticed on previous stays. It was a pity that we were seated at a different table every evening. The starters buffet was also quite bland, while the main courses were acceptable. At reception there were five employees, but only one could handle the bill!

The food was very good and plentiful, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was tidy and quiet. I was able to pay with my Wellcard despite having booked. Thank you! I had received a Wellcard for the thermal baths for my birthday, and after booking I got a message saying I couldn’t pay with the Wellcard because you have to book directly on the homepage. I didn’t know that. Why can’t that be noted on the Wellcard?

The sauna area and the saunas themselves were genuinely interesting, and the sauna master was really good. Waiting for a table in the restaurant was a bit annoying; sometimes you had to wait longer until a waiter noticed you, but it wasn’t too bad.
