I was scammed! The host sent a WhatsApp message saying he was canceling the booking and that I shouldn't show up. He then told Booking that I didn't arrive and pocketed the money without refunding me. I can't even reach the host anymore because he blocked my number. Even after sending Booking screenshots of the host’s messages, they have no security policy for scams on their own platform. I've been waiting for a full refund for two months.

The jacuzzi was practically useless; everything else was fine except the jacuzzi.

The apartment was very pretty, equipped with every comfort, the jacuzzi was a pool for its size, the environment was clean and refined. I highly recommend it!
