The plumbing in the suite could use a little fixing.

The place had an amazing location—so close to everything. The staff were very warm and helpful, and the room itself was pretty and modern, which made the stay feel special. I would have liked a bit more cleanliness, especially in the bathroom of the room we stayed in; the design and color of the bathroom might be prone to staining from previous guests, so better maintenance could help. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the room.

The staff were great and really helpful. We got there super early, so while early check‑in wasn’t possible, they partnered with a hotel about a 15‑minute walk from Roma Termini where they stored our bags, handed us the apartment keys, and even moved our luggage straight there, letting us check in at 4 pm. The spot is awesome, just a few minutes from the Pantheon and plenty of restaurants and landmarks.

It was super close to Trevi and the Pantheon, the bathroom was nice and clean, and the reception staff were friendly and answered all our questions. The only downside was that it was a bit chilly even with the air conditioner on.
