I never actually stayed there. The elevator was broken and we were stuck on the 4th floor. Only one attendant was around, and she seemed ill. I waited over 15 minutes while she watched a man in front of me. When I finally reached the front desk, I learned the elevator was unusable and that there were no more rooms; management could even cancel my reservation. We left, even at 10 pm, to find another place.

Customer service was poor, and the chair in my room had to be replaced instead of just patched up.

The hotel didn’t offer breakfast. The room smelled like mildew, wasn’t very clean, and the door handle was gross—so I couldn’t wait to leave.
