The location is excellent. The room is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I arrived on my birthday, they congratulated me and gave me a cute Panda toy. Thanks to the staff for their friendly attitude. Everything is wonderful.

Clean and right in the city center, just across from IFS, so handy for shopping. Most staff can’t speak English, so I had to use a translator, but they’re willing to help. Fu Qin, in particular, was very kind—my wife needed ice for a knee injury, and instead of just ice he brought plaster and medicated cotton buds as well. The front desk was very pleasant. The laundry room helps move clothes into dryers and folds them into baskets when finished, and the housekeeping staff are excellent and helpful.

The staff were great; they left us alone so we could enjoy our stay. The only issue was the delivery robot—it confused my disabled partner in the lifts.

Friendly staff, great location, and a large, clean room. Every towel comes in its own bag, which isn’t super eco‑friendly.

The location is great, but the reception staff could be more professional and helpful.
