The setting is quiet and isolated with plenty of greenery, the staff are attentive, and the coffee is excellent; there was nothing I didn’t like.

The lodge is very pleasant and quiet, perfect for those who enjoy peace, with a heated pool, a bathtub in the rooms, a special breakfast that is delivered to your room at the time you choose, and everything is delicious; the staff are very helpful and the cleaning is good, all in all great. The only downside was that I had to leave.

The atmosphere was cozy and sophisticated, but I didn’t like that I could only stay one night in the city.

The lodge is beautiful and has a very pleasant vibe. I especially liked the chalet’s privacy, the very comfortable bed, the fireplace, and the mountain view. The silence is perfect for rest. The green area, the garden, and the breakfast hall are gorgeous and have an amazing landscape. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the price in basic maintenance, cleaning, and service. The chalet wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived; there was visible dirt under the bed, on the furniture, and in the hot tub. The bathroom drain was clogged and some outlets didn’t work. A major annoyance was the lack of a light directed at the shower area; the box was dark and my wife and I had to use a phone flashlight to bathe. There was also no fan or air‑conditioning for hot days. The staff wasn’t rude but lacked proactivity and basic instructions at check‑in (like times and how to request daily cleaning). We even saw another guest with a clogged or flooded toilet who had no immediate help and had to grab a plunger himself. Breakfast was tasty but fell short on the expected detail for the price range. When we asked for fruit (mango and melon), they were only roughly cut in half with the skin on, not peeled or presented carefully. The lodge doesn’t offer lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner. Since the place encourages staying and relaxing in the chalet without going to the center all the time, it’s a big missing point to have a simple afternoon tea or a hot chocolate at the end of the day.
