L'accueil du réceptionniste. Le lit et la propreté de la chambre. 1) Fenêtre donnant sur un mur distant d'1,5 mètre. Sans accès à la lumière du jour. Besoin d'éclairage en permanence. 2) l'apparence délabrée du bâtiment au point que nous avons hésité de rentrer dans l'hôtel. 3) problème d'aération
