The room was decent and clean, and the hosts let me borrow their USB‑C charger. However, the street noise was excessive for the economy room, and the hosts didn’t speak any English or show real concern for me. Finding the place was a struggle because there were no directional signs. When I left after the first night because of the noise, they wouldn’t give a partial refund even though I had booked two nights. The room was clean but dated, and the shower light kept flickering throughout my shower.

The owner is energetic and welcoming, the room is spotless—which matters a lot—and the location is great. The bathroom is nicely decorated and the price is good. The only downside is that the room has no windows, so it felt stuffy at first with a strong scent; opening the bathroom window helped freshen it up. In the mornings there’s rooster crowing, so earplugs are handy if you’re sensitive to noise.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was well‑made, and the air conditioning was just right—not too cold, not too warm. Most importantly, the host was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, and I’d love to stay with him again. The building is a bit old, and the bathroom is separate from the room; when I first arrived I had to locate the bathroom, even though the host had already explained it, so a private bathroom would be preferable.
