The spot was spot on, close to train stations and cable cars, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. I liked having a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The central spot is convenient, but the elevator and front desk staff were not friendly, totally rude, and didn’t even know I was checking out or that I had a cash deposit.
