The price was fair for the area and the place was clean. The instructions for taking and returning the key via email were very complicated; you need to use SMS or WhatsApp.

The bed was comfortable, and that was about it. The bakery in the same building below is highly recommended for breakfast. The check‑in initially failed because I did not receive the necessary access code; the support via the WhatsApp chat eventually worked, but it took about 30 minutes before I finally got into my room. Other guests also had check‑in problems. The cleanliness was very lacking: the shower wall was completely calcified, the mirror and sink were not thoroughly cleaned, and the shower head dripped all night, which was very annoying because there is no door and I slept right next to the neighbor, so the dripping could be heard all night.

I had a JDMT course in the same building, which was very convenient and the location perfect. The room was spacious and well furnished, everything was clean. Self‑check‑in/out is simple and practical. Booking always provides perfect service! I specifically booked a room with a sofa, but the ceiling light over the sofa was broken and reading a book was impossible. WhatsApp promised a repair the next day, but that never happened even after follow‑up. I was offered a 20 CHF Migros voucher as compensation, but it was never issued. AI says hello.
