Great location, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and Juan Pablo was very friendly; definitely recommend!

The house style is nice, the location is very good, the staff were attentive, and the kitchen was well organized. Nothing to add.

“Propriedad muy antigua, bien mantenida, con dependencias compartidas.”

The location is fine. The description of what was offered was unclear. Obviously there should be better rooms; we had the ones we were assigned. It should say: “This is a very old property, well maintained. Elevator on the first floor. Rooms do not have kitchens. The facilities are shared, such as the kitchen, with all tenants.” Photos of the exterior and narrow stairs to the first floor were missing. The sink in our case was outside the bathroom, which is not a problem, but the window to the stairs lacked frosted glass or a blackout curtain, reducing privacy in the apartment. Because of these missing details, it did not meet the expectations we saw on Booking. Nevertheless, the apartment was fully functional and met our needs.

“Excelente lugar y precio”

Juan was super helpful, and the spot is right in the middle of everything—shops, restaurants, and tourist sites are just a walk away. The only downside? I wish there were more activities to do around the area.

“Un lugar muy recomendable para una grata estadía. Volvería a hospedarme”

The place is in a solid location, the staff are friendly, and the kitchen is handy. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfy. The only thing that could use a tweak is adding shampoo and conditioner sachets in the bathrooms.
