I really liked the location—central and well connected. I would have expected breakfast to be included based on the description and reviews.
The location was good, but there was a cockroach.

The owner was friendly. The place is very close to the centre and quiet. The window faces an internal courtyard and stairs, so we kept the blinds closed. The room was big enough for three of us. Parking is in the nearby square, but it might be closed for cleaning on Friday nights. The bathroom is decent in size, but the shower is only 70 cm × 70 cm, and there’s no shelf for shampoo or soap, so tall or large people have to bend awkwardly to reach the floor. There’s just one towel or clothes hook and no surfaces to hang clothes or towels, which made it uncomfortable for three people. Adding more hooks and a couple of stools would fix this, as there’s enough space. Also, the toilet seat needs adjustment.
