I appreciate the polite and courteous staff, and the breakfast was tasty. I stayed on the second floor of the main building, so I’m not sure about the new wing. It’s a family hotel, so that’s understandable, but around 11 PM the kids were running around, jumping, and the resulting vibrations and screams made it impossible to sleep. Some noise control would help.

Nothing positive to mention. Compared to a regular dormitory, the quality is lower. It feels like a lazy sit‑in in Karuizawa, which is disappointing.

清潔感があり、スタッフも皆さん気持ち良い接遇でした。温泉的な浴場も気持ちよく、清潔でした。. 昨年から気に入り、一年ぶりに利用しました。残念だったのは、夕食。メニューがほぼ昨年と同じ。当たりが悪かったのかもしれません。美味しいのは間違いないのですが、流石に１年前と同じは残念でした。
