The location by the sea was excellent, and the view from the room was very beautiful. The breakfast was good, and the fish at the restaurant was very tasty. The private parking was appreciated. However, one room had no hot water, and the hotel’s small restaurant needs to be planned for the future.

The sea view and proximity to Athens airport were good for a short stay, but the parking was ten times too small, making it impossible to park; we had to park haphazardly along the road and on sidewalks, which was insecure. The evening buffet ran until 22:00, but at 20:30 the dishes were empty and never refilled. We had chosen this hotel partly for the evening dining option, yet we couldn’t have dinner there.

The mattress was okay and the room had air conditioning. The hotel—especially the room—was old and likely hasn’t been modernised for decades. I felt it would soon become a “lost place.” At 90 € per day, the value for money was poor. The worst part was the breakfast, with stale coffee and few fresh ingredients, besides the investment backlog.

The quietness, the location an hour from Athens on the Peloponnese road, the staff’s kindness, the option for very late arrivals, and the generous, varied breakfast were all positives. The bathroom was a little dated.
