The hotel was quiet, yet its location was far from the airport, making travel a bit inconvenient.

The place was dirty, with no water, ceiling cracks, and bad customer service; overall the customer service was poor and the environment unclean.

Breakfast was great as well as the desk staff. Too far ftom the Pearson airport and as a result had to hire a taxi that was an added expense. But to be fair that was totally my fault as I should have been more attentive when I booked the hotel. Also, the room was ok but it certainly needs an update
