“Great value for money, pool and peach and room. Too bad staff isn’t more helpful and food is mediocre.”

The resort offers great value for money, I loved the beach, and the pool is set back from the windy sea, making it perfect for kids. The café and restaurant, a 10‑minute walk away, were excellent. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the food at the resort was not good; the restaurant and breakfast were unsatisfactory. Some staff were friendly, but the higher‑level staff were quite indifferent and didn’t go out of their way to explain or help when needed.

“Le foto non rispecchiano molto la realtà”

The bathroom smelled off, like stagnant water, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired—there were ants in the bread. For the first two days they served a buffet, then switched to a set menu for the next two, which was nothing special. The picturesque pier shown in the photos was broken, with half of it collapsed and unusable.

The breakfast had a sea view, and housekeeping came every day. The bathroom was old and I expected a higher standard when I booked.

“Hôtel très mauvais”

Nothing about this hotel pleased me. I could mention the location, but that’s a merit of the public beaches of Koh Kood, not the hotel itself. The facilities were neither good quality nor attractive; the hotel looked abandoned with no charm. The staff at the restaurant had no customer sense and were unfriendly. Management seemed driven solely by “taking money” from guests, asking for extra fees while room rates were already excessive. Rooms were very old, toilets constantly smelled bad. We had a terrible experience: no beds for all occupants, no hot water, etc. There are better options in Koh Kood at the same price. I do not recommend this hotel.
