The price was reasonable, the service good, and the staff were nice and helpful—definitely worth staying. The only downside was the lack of parking; I had to use public parking instead.

I liked many aspects: the environment was quiet enough to sleep well, and I was impressed that the room had a mini fridge—something I rarely see in budget hotels. Overall, I enjoyed Alaxis hotel and plan to return. The only drawback was that the AC wasn’t very cold, dropping to about 18°C; it’s acceptable but could be better.

It’s near KL Sentral, but there are many restaurants and parking issues.

The hotel is close to the station, but the room was very small, the walls were thin so I could hear everything, and the bed sheets weren’t very clean.
