We returned after 26 years and remembered the good times, yet the new owner, who only took over in 2022, has clearly invested effort into the place; the dinner we had was just as satisfying as before, with the owner preparing an excellent meal for us.

A €10 discount for all inconveniences… The room was not ready when we arrived late in the afternoon, so we were moved to a room with two single beds instead of the double we had booked; the bathroom was in a closet and the shower in another closet, there were no towels, and no staff were present.

Everyone on the staff is very welcoming and dedicated.

The location in the village is good. The person who received us at the reception was very unpleasant and didn’t even say hello; instead, they handed us two keys. The hotel is very old, the toilets and shower are tucked into a cramped closet, the power outlets are lacking or even missing, some are ripped out. The room rates are far too high.
