Thermen Hotel & Restaurant Bad Soden

I had to arrive early to collect the key, and they were very helpful with that; the price was excellent, location superb, safe, comfortable, breakfast great, and I’ll definitely recommend it and return.

“Zu teuer”

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location great with a private parking lot, but the room was old and worn, the bathroom cramped and not clean—especially the shower and door—breakfast was fine, though it stopped being replenished after 9:30 am, leaving the rolls.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet excellent, the room was small but even had a refrigerator, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach my room, only working well in the breakfast area.

“Più o meno”

Good location, breakfast normal sweet and savory, but no communication from reception—at 18:00 it seemed all dark and a very rude gentleman kept talking in Hindi on the phone while handing us keys without explanation, and no one was in the dining room during breakfast to explain how it worked; the room was clean and comfortable but I wouldn’t come back, and the reception staff were the issue.

“Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.”

For me the location was key—just a 10‑minute walk to Varisano (Bad Soden hospital)—ideal; friendliness and cleanliness were outstanding, breakfast excellent, but it’s a pity there’s no restaurant left in the thermal hotel.
