The experience was terrible; the coffee pot had burned my spouse, the eggs were cold, so we left and ate at the restaurant across the street. The room might have been clean, but it didn’t look clean.

The room was clean and turned out nicer than I expected, matching the pictures, and breakfast wasn’t bad—though I would have liked either fruit or yogurt. The only downside was the noise from laundry, people showering, and walking up the stairs; overall it was good.

The staff were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The AC, bed, and TV channels were lacking.

The place was clean. I would have preferred a downstairs room since we are seniors and stairs are a challenge; offering a floor choice on the reservation page would be nice.
