Staff were quick to help and the room was spotless, but when I opened the door there was no blanket and I had to call the front desk for one. The lighting system is confusing – you can’t dim the lights at all.

The room felt really comfortable and I loved the whirl‑pool bathtub, and breakfast was tasty. Still, the way the staff spoke could have been nicer, and my request for an extra blanket and towel never got fulfilled.

Cleanliness was spot‑on and they responded fast to any request we made, but getting to the room meant climbing a steep staircase, and there were no bathrobes even though the suite had a jacuzzi.
