I liked the location and the room was great, but around 8 pm we called the front desk to report someone had vomited near the elevator; someone came and put a caution sign on it. The next morning the sign was gone but the vomit remained. That was disgusting, yet overall the place and its amenities were fantastic.

The pool area was solid, but the lack of air conditioning and the rundown hallways made it feel a bit off. Plus, the hotel shares its space with full‑time residents, which can be a bit intrusive.

The spot’s great—beds comfy, pool and jacuzzi hit the mark, and the staff were top‑class. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning or Wi‑Fi, so if you’re traveling for work, the internet just won’t cooperate, no matter your carrier.

My wife and I chose this place because of fond memories from 1985, right after it first opened, but it was a huge mistake. The room we got was awful: a strong smoke‑like odor, bathtub caulk peeling, cabinet doors falling off, and general poor condition. We booked that night only to be handed what seemed like the worst room available. I spoke to staff in the morning, and they admitted the room had issues, yet I can’t believe they’d rent it out on purpose.

The hot tub and swimming pool were fantastic, and even though everything felt a touch dated, the overall stay was great. The price was very reasonable and the room was comfortable.
