I liked the property’s location and the front desk staff was friendly. The bathtub had a ring around it when we arrived, the carpet needed cleaning, the escalator from the self‑parking deck was broken and there was no elevator for guests until the lobby. When I asked for fresh washcloths, the housekeeper left them on the dirty floor outside the door.

I didn’t find much to dislike about the location or the services; the place is really nice. The only downside was that there were no mints on my pillow.
