The view was nice, but that's about it. The rooms aren't soundproof, so if you're facing the pool, get ready for a noisy stay. They had music going till midnight and it was super clear. For the price, I expect way more from a 5-star hotel. Other hotels offer way better value for less.

The location was stunning, and our room was nicely done up, with a comfy bed - although it was a bit on the firmer side. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the restaurant staff were super friendly and polite. However, the bathrooms were a letdown, with see-through glass and no blinds during morning cleaning. The food was tasty but often cold, and the lack of food hygiene was shocking - we all ended up with severe stomach issues after eating there.

The staff seemed pretty laid-back, but that was about it - they didn't exactly go out of their way to help. Overall, it felt like the service was a bit lacking.

The staff were okay, I guess. However, the hotel's location was a major drawback - it was stuck in the middle of nowhere, and with the taxi situation in Goa being what it is, it was tough to get around and explore. The area didn't have much to offer apart from a casino.
