The room was roomy, but the sink was broken and wouldn’t drain. The beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was subpar, and the yogurt seemed expired—coming straight out of a machine. Everything tasted bland. The pool felt more like a tiny jacuzzi; the room was warm and a bit hot, yet the water was cold. The game room offered only computer games that were misleading. The hallway carpet looked very dirty.

Room was clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Good location for our needs. TV channels were difficult to access. Breakfast selections could have been better. WE WERE CHARGED TWICE FOR OUR ROOM AND AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED! We thought we were connected to your front desk in Sandusky, NOT that processed our reservation. We prefer to deal directly with the facility we choose to stay at. We had no idea we were dealing with . They never identified themse3lves that way
