The location was convenient and the price seemed reasonable. The staff were among the most incompetent I have ever met; they do not speak English and seem unable to grasp even basic arithmetic that doesn't require language skills. Even with a translator app they fail to understand anything. They offered no flexibility to change a booking, even when presented with a major unfair situation. Floor staff were equally clueless, locking my luggage in another room and losing the key after I asked four times if they had it. The situation was so bad it felt almost laughable—except when you’re exhausted and just want to check in and sleep. There is no parking at the hotel; you must park on the street at your own risk. The standard studio is tiny and has no windows.
