The garden was lovely, the location quiet, and the balcony view impressive. Dinner was excellent, we felt very comfortable and could have stayed another day. Nothing to criticize.

A beautiful, spacious place with a wonderful balcony and large rooms.
The little courtyard was pretty and the setting felt pastoral. The host was very welcoming, the house was spacious and clean, and the honey‑berry from the host was fantastic—everything tasted great. The dog was a bit unruly; it barked at a distant dog all night, keeping me awake. I forgot to arrange dinner in advance, and when there was no meat left, the host wasn’t to blame.
Koba is a fantastic host and always ready to treat you.
The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and both dinner and breakfast felt homemade and tasty. The room was massive, and its location right next to Vardzia was super convenient. The bed was a bit soft and old, but that didn’t bother me for just one night.
