The riverside spot offers breathtaking views and a calm vibe, but we wished for more frequent boat transfers—ideally hourly for most of the day while we were there.

The spot by the river had free boats to the skytrain, the bed was comfortable, and the pool had plenty of sunbeds; the whole room was well planned with a balcony overlooking the river, so I’d stay there again if I go to Bangkok. The breakfast wasn’t good unless you want Thai food; there was almost no regular spread like cheese, ham, yogurt – only one option – and I had to ask for more toilet paper every day.
