The property has trees and plants that give it a natural beauty. The bed is comfortable. The apartment was very dirty. I think the bathroom walls haven’t been washed for months. The sofa and chairs in the lounge were dirty and scratched. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling well and, to make matters worse, started making a horrible noise on the second night. On the second day of stay, while we were sleeping, we woke up in a fright when someone opened the door that uses an electronic code. The owner tried to justify it by saying it was a new employee, which made us feel insecure and out of control. The owner is a nice person, but the business management leaves something to be desired.

Everything was well organized, clean, cozy, and surrounded by plenty of greenery. No complaints at all.

The service was fine, but the facilities need improvement. The bathroom lacked any soap holders or other products, and there was no face towel. The noise was excessive in the morning and at night, especially since the rooms are all close to the reception. Also, the room access control is weak because everyone knows the password and can enter.
