“Deplorable”

I didn’t like anything truthfully. Cleanliness was a problem: the room was awfully dirty, a dead roach was on the floor, the bathroom shower had hair and stains, and the bed sheets had yellow stains. It was ridiculous how dirty those rooms were. I will never stay there again.

“It was a good stay until it was time for bed”

Customer service was perfect and breakfast was great, but the pull‑out couch was disgusting— the mattress had holes, was brown, and had old food in it.

“I left after 1 night and went to Atlanta where I know service and rooms would be to my family status”

The room’s layout and location were solid, yet the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and the pillows and sheets were dingy—worse when I asked for fresh sheets for the pull‑out couch.

I found the room spotless, but the breakfast area could have used a bit more attention.

“Ok, but not as clean as reviews say.”

Location was great. Outside property was kept, but bulbs in the pool area were out. Hall ways smelled good. AC worked well. I reserved a one bedroom suite with sofa bed. Mattress in sofa bed was like sleeping on blanket of springs. Upon arrival, shower in bathroom was dirty and had left over residue of dirt etc. on shower floor, shower door was covered in soap scum. We had to request sheets and blanket from front after i came back from target to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect room. The room smelled very old and dirty. There was dust on counters. It felt like room 320 was not cleaned properly before our arrival. No trash bags in trash bins. We did not eat breakfast, we were down by 7:20 am, the trays that held water for the food, was disgusting dirty with left over food probably from the previous day. Nothing else was out beside some cereal. This was only for a one night stay and i will not go back nor recommend
