The hotel's proximity to the airport is a major plus, but unfortunately, the room I stayed in didn't have a window, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, it's a decent option if you're looking for a quick overnight stay near the airport.

I was impressed by the hotel's airport shuttle service and its location near a bustling commercial area with plenty of restaurants and shops. However, the room's poor soundproofing meant I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including the sound of the toilet flushing. It was a bit of a nuisance, but overall, it was a convenient and clean place to stay.

The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to the airport are definite pluses, but I was a bit taken aback when they asked for a cash deposit for the room. Still, it's a decent option if you're looking for a quick and affordable place to stay near the airport.

The room was spotless, and they even provided a kettle, TV, and fresh towels every day. The hotel's location is also great, with a local mall and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, it's just a short taxi ride to the Klia Express station. Overall, it's a great option for a short stay, either for one or two nights.

We were really looking forward to a good night's sleep after our long flight from Europe, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. Despite booking 15 days in advance and requesting a quiet room, we were given a room on the street side that was anything but quiet. The noise was terrible and never stopped all night long, and to make matters worse, the shower had no pressure and no hot water, and smelled of sewage.
