A nice weekend spot to unwind. The vibe is good and the staff are very welcoming. I wish they had a larger mirror.

Everything was fantastic: the staff were super friendly, they visited us at the pier and at the exit, the facilities were excellent, and the restaurant served great food; I’d definitely come back to the island.

The location is right on a private beach, the rooms are private and peaceful, the food is tasty with plenty of options, the service is fabulous, everything is spotless, and the staff are incredibly helpful and communicative—they did everything they could for us! Nothing was wrong, it was perfect!!

The staff were incredible, always noticing little details and super friendly. They welcomed us with a fantastic goodbye that included thoughtful gifts. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

Long Set Resort felt like a quiet luxury tropical paradise, not flashy but high quality. The white powdery sand and warm, clear ocean were perfect. Everyone on the staff—Sim and the team—was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making the stay truly exceptional. We booked five nights, but after the first day and night we extended to eight. The room was spacious for two and the bed super comfy. Three pools were a bonus, keeping crowds low. The restaurant served delicious food, breakfast had great variety, and dinner was extensive and well priced. A short walk takes you to Long Set beach’s main street or the beachfront where many good restaurants and cafés await. The resort’s housekeeping was noticeable, and the ocean had less rubbish than most other South East Asian beaches; the staff kept a close eye on the beach and regularly tidied anything that washed ashore. Overall, Long Set Resort was the perfect finish to a 10‑week trip and truly the cherry on top. If we ever return to Cambodia, we’ll definitely stay again. The only issue is that some plumbing work is planned soon; the resort might close for a month or two while it’s completed, so keep that in mind when booking.
